We are thrilled to announce our return to Hyperfest this year, where we are excited to collaborate with the event to enhance our offerings and introduce new and exciting opportunities for all attendees! Our app will play a pivotal role, allowing users to buy and sell their items seamlessly before, during, and after the event. In addition to this, we have planned an array of engaging activities designed specifically for attendees to enjoy and connect with one another. We believe that this year’s Hyperfest will be an unforgettable experience, filled with fun, interaction, and community spirit. Join us as we celebrate this fantastic event together!

How the SwapIt Fast Concierge Process Works at Hyper Fest
Selling and swapping just got easier! Here’s how our seamless process works so you can focus on enjoying HyperFest, while we handle the rest.
1. Finalize Your Deal
The seller and buyer agree in advance on the item, price, and terms of the exchange. Swapit Fast does not participate in negotiations—just the handoff!
2. Seller Drop-Off at Hyper Fest
The seller brings the item(s) to the Swapit Fast booth at Hyper Fest and provides:
The item(s) to be exchanged
Basic buyer info (name/contact)
$5 concierge fee
Receive a coupon for $5 off an annual subscription to SwapIt Fast
3. Item Registration & Storage
Our team will:
Catalog the item(s) in our Swapit Fast inventory system
Take photos of each item
Log seller and buyer information
Assign a QR code for secure tracking
Store the item(s) safely until pickup
Pickup must be arranged for the same day as drop off. Otherwise SwapIt Fast and HyperFest are not responsible for any items left overnight
4. Buyer Pickup at Hyper Fest
When the buyer is ready to pick up the item(s), they come to the Swapit Fast booth and:
Present a valid photo ID for verification
Confirm item details
Once verified, our team will:
Retrieve the item(s) from secure storage
Facilitate the handoff
Mark the transaction as "Complete"
That’s it! Your deal gets done—securely and hassle-free—while you enjoy the event.
